Hi, I’m Katy!

I just finished my nursing degree in the Spring of 2025, obtained my nursing license, and I’m just starting out in the world as a baby nurse. I hope to eventually use my nursing experience to volunteer with Mercy Ships, Nurses with Purpose, or the American Red Cross.

In the meantime, when I’m not honing my skills as a nurse, you’ll find me working at my potter’s wheel, in my tiny basement studio. My love of clay started in college (the first time around) over twenty-five years ago. I put an enormous amount of time and attention into each piece, and it is a privilege to use my creative energy in this way.

I hope my pottery brings you as much joy as it brings me in making it.
